Conditions

  • Have a Clear Mind what do you want. Make sure the order is suitable in my style so you can avoid any dissatisfaction in the future

  • Any reference of any kind would be greatly appreciated and helpfull

  • The client will only receive a digital work of the commission, not prints/physical items

  • Prices may increase along depending of complexity

  • Can ask some Wips (may I post on Instagram Stories or Twitter too)

  • Im still improving soo there may be slight differences on sketches and final artworks between clients

  • I have the right to refuse commissions

  • Be pacient, the estimated time of each artwork takes around 1 to 4 weeks. Only can take 2 Commissions slots per time

  • Full Colored Art ONLY

  • All artworks will be upload to all social media with a exeption to publish to a especific date (when repost, don't forget to credit @KevinRicky99 on Twitter and/or @kevin_aleixo on Instagram). And I have the right to repost whatever I want

  • At some point in the future, some conditions and prices may change

Refused Options

  • In different art styles

  • Extreme details

  • Furries

  • Heavy gore

  • Logos

  • NFT's

  • Artificial Intelligence Generator (AI)

  • If you are a minor, I may refuse the order

  • Animations (not for now)

  • Live Wallpapers (not for now)

Image Porpose and Copyrights

  • The maximum resolution is 5000x5000 pixels, but may very depending what porpose

  • Icon/Profile Picture

  • Banners (Discord, Twitter, Twitch, Youtube, etc...)

  • PC, Phone/Tablet Wallpapers (Screen Resolution may be needed for better fitting)

  • The client is allowed to claim the requested character (unless fanart)

  • Print for Personal use

  • NO NFT'S OR AI GENERATING

  • PERSONAL USE ONLY, DO NOT RESELL

  • All artworks will have watermark and cannot ask to be removed

Prices And Payments

  • Each artwork has a starting point of 60€ in advance or base price 120€

  • Each option chosen, the price only increases

  • 50% of the total price is non-refundable (not including some extras like decals or backgrounds)

  • Payments Only on Paypal or Ko-fi (in Portugal, have extra option for MB Way)

  • The customer asks for what he wants in DM, if I accept and receive payment in advance I will do a quick sketch until the customer is satisfied, and then I will continue the commission. Otherwise, if there is no satisfactory result in the sketch phase, it will be the only exception to the full refund (the sketch can be very different from the final result)

  • During progress, client can ask only 1 Major Change for FREE but if you exceed the limit, you will be charged an extra 20% of the final product for each change. In case of minor changes are FREE

  • If the client refuses to be civil, becomes too picky, or requests too many things way beyond my skill, I will end commission with no refunds no matter how much progress I made

  • Characters: (may exclude in Foregrounds and/or Backgounds depending of the context)

  • 1 or 2 OC/Character No extra Charge

  • Complex Outfit or Character Body proportions extra 5€

  • Outfit Variants +5€ Each

  • Extra OC/Character +10€ Each

  • Animals: (excluding in Backgounds)

  • Up to 5 Small Common or Fantasy Animals FREE

  • 1 Big Common or Fantasy Animal FREE

  • Every next 5 Common Animals +5€ Each

  • Every next 1 Fantasy Animal +10€ Each

  • Vehicles (excluding in Backgounds) :

  • 1 Vehicle FREE

  • Extra Vehicle +15€ Each

  • Complex Decals or Camo starting at +10€ Each

  • Foregrounds and Backgrounds:

  • Simple (single color, gradients) are No extra Charge

  • Simple with basic Decoration +5€

  • Patterns +5€

  • Complex (landscapes, rooms, car Interiors, overpopulation, etc...) starting at +20€ (and going up, depending the complexity
